A ground-up interior build inside a new post-frame structure. The centerpiece is an open black steel stair running up to a loft, set against a wall of glass overhead doors that let the whole end of the building open to the outside. The floor is a polished, flaked finish that runs unbroken through the space. Black cabinetry, a long bar with a timber top, and a media wall finish out the main room.
By far the very best construction team we have had do work for us. Very clean, detailed work and craftsmanship. Good communication and friendly team. Had them build an apartment inside of a new garage and it turned out absolutely beautiful. Custom built staircase, fireplace, and bar area that all turned out beautiful. We had him build a bar that was on wheels so it could be moved if necessary. Jordan is very helpful and will give advice when asked. He does his best to make our visions of what we want become reality. Employees have very good work ethic. Couldn’t ask for a better experience and also cleaned up any messes very well. Our bid amounts never changed unless we added something or asked for more work done and they even hung tvs and stuff. We would recommend and invite back to our home for future updates.
