A post-frame shell finished out as a home gets you a lot of square footage for the money, and it suits the way people live out here. We take the bare structure and build the whole interior including framing, insulation, drywall, floor finishes, cabinetry, stairs, and trim, so it lives like a house rather than a shed with furniture in it.

Common questions

Do you build custom homes from scratch?

Yes. As a design-build contractor we can take a new home from concept and plans all the way through to move-in, coordinating every phase and every trade along the way.

Do you build barndominiums and post-frame homes?

Yes, and we like them. A post-frame shell finished out as a living space gives you a lot of room for the money, and we handle the interior build from insulation and framing through cabinetry, flooring, and trim.

What is design-build, and why does it matter?

Design-build means one team is responsible for both the design and the construction. That keeps the budget, the timeline, and the details aligned from day one, and gives you a single point of accountability instead of a designer and builder pointing at each other.

Who deals with permits and inspections?

We do. Inside city limits your build will need permits, and we will tell you up front which ones, get the office the drawings and details it asks for, and schedule and meet the inspections. Out in the county the requirements are lighter, and we will tell you that too rather than invent paperwork.
