Whole-House Window Replacement
Every window in the house replaced, trimmed out in stained wood with deep sills, in banks that open the rooms onto the lawn and the woods.

The house had good bones and a lot of glass, so the job was to replace all of it without losing the character of the rooms. New units went in through the whole house, several of them in long banks rather than single openings, and every one was trimmed out in stained wood with a deep sill carried across the run. The openings were squared up and flashed before anything went in, because that is what decides whether a window leaks in five years. The grids were matched so the house still reads the way it always did from outside.
Ascend Construction Solutions is a wonderful company. They have done several big home projects and repairs for us. Their work and work ethic are great. They make sure you are happy with their work and they clean up afterwards! Here is a picture of our new bay window.
